Introduction & Our Role
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Premier Glass & Security (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate as an intermediary service that supplies glass/security products and/or coordinates independent, third-party professional installers to carry out installation work. By booking a service or purchasing through our website, you agree to these terms.
Services and Subcontracting
We reserve the right to subcontract any or all of the installation, measurement, or delivery services to vetted, independent third-party professionals.
While we take reasonable care in selecting independent contractors, the physical installation work carried out on-site is the operational responsibility of the designated installer.
Quotes, Measurements, and Orders
All quotes provided via our website or email are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Where the customer provides measurements, the customer assumes full responsibility for their accuracy. We accept no liability for products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Once custom glass or bespoke security products are sent to production following customer approval, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Limitation of Liability
Premier Glass & Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or property damage arising out of the physical installation work conducted by third-party contractors.
We are not responsible for delays in service delivery caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including supplier material shortages, transit delays, or adverse weather conditions.
Payments and Cancellations
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule agreed upon during booking (e.g., a deposit prior to ordering materials, with the balance due upon completion).
Cancellations made within [e.g., 48 hours] of a scheduled installation site visit may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the contractor’s lost time and travel.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
